Samartzis
Samartzis Wines is where passion, tradition, and innovation come together to create some of the most exquisite wines in Greece. Located in the picturesque region of Mouses Valley, this family-owned winery in the past years has produced some of the most exciting wines Greece has to offer.
Mouchtaro is the heavyweight champion of the winery, but don’t be fooled; this bold and brave red isn’t a one-time wonder. Kountoyra, Malagouzia, Syrah, Grenache, varietal or blended, barrel-aged or fresh from the tank, Samartzis winery covers all bases with high-quality wines.
The vineyards are cultivated with a total management system. Panos Samartzis, the talented winemaker in charge of the winery, aims to balance controlled low yields and the sustainability of the vines. The philosophy is to produce high-quality, unique “terroir” wines.

Cordis - From Proto-Italic *kord, and Ancient Greek καρδίᾱ (kardíā) - meaning: from the heart
Cordis stands for “of the heart” in Latin. For us, it signifies the heart of the distillation, the best part of the distillate that we keep when throwing everything else away.
